Had a pretty good wkend.
Well all the tickets were sold, so we decided on dessert instead J. We shared a espresso and choc cake between 4 of us. Which basically meant we all got one bite as
We then cruised around a few pubs, Bevan got quite drunk, I took lots of videos on my new phone (dangerous thing to have!) and we got home around 1 and had a spa.
Saturday we went for a killer ride up a huge 5 km long hill. I had to stop a couple of times, but I used the convenient excuse that Bailey ( gregs flatmates dog) needed a break. He’s a total water baby and loves swimming around so anytime we’re near water, he’s normally in it.
We then continued the hard slog up the hill, and finally reached the top where I had to recover for 5 miuntes before the super fun speedy downhill run.
We stopped again at the swimming hole for the dog to catch up and cool down, and thought about going for a swim ourselves but it was a teensey bit too cold and overcast for us. We enjoyed tormenting the dog instead by trying to get him to slide down water chutes by chasing sticks. He quickly learnt that it wasn’t so fun so we couldn’t get him to do it again.
That night we went to a bday bbq. We ate and drunk lots and hit the sack there at 1am. Up for brekky (more bbq!), then home in time to fulfil my sadarse must-watch H&A omnibus that I watch each week. Its so exciting at the moment!
After the obligatory tv watching, is Martha dead????, we biked to gregs parents house for his nephews bday trifle.
On that front, it seems to be working really well. I still get hungry 2 hours after each meal, but then the hunger drops off. I don’t seem to be having many cravings, and it feels like I have my food intake a lot more under control.
I also weighed myself on Saturday and I’m 68.1 kg, 1.5kg down on where I was last time I weighed myself. My pants have been feeling looser too, well until the last couple of days with TIM.
